Health is not rocket science.
It is also not a quick fix. It took you many years to get where you are at right now.
So all I need from you is a commitment to the following list, and I guarantee you will lose weight and get back to your normal size. But commit for at least 3 months.
Not 4 days and back on the pizza. That is the unhealthy attitude.

THE WEIGHT LOSS STEPS:

Overnight Fasting: 14 - 16 hours between dinner & breakfast.
Eat only whole foods (See diet checklist inside the academy)
Exercise daily in whatever form for any length.
Walk/Move for at least 5 minutes after each meal.
Sound simple. It is. It comes down to commitment and discipline.
