AI can write your sales emails & how to have more fun
3X Actionable Insights on Biz, Health & Life
Hello friends,
Today is a magical day. Why? Because it has been raining all morning here in Paris. Yet, most people will say that today the weather is terrible.
Why do we choose to negatively perceive a day of rain or colder weather? Have you thought how, by default, a lot of times we set our day up for failure by the unthoughtful use of words that oftentimes are not true.
This week, I ask you to become aware of the language you use in every circumstance. It may just blow your mind 🤯
What I’m reading:
Something called me to open this book again after 5 years of being on my Kindle shelf (yes, I read on a Kindle. Do not judge me).
Ego is the Enemy by Ryan Holiday. It truly shows you how to overcome that inner demon that loves pushing us off our path of mastery and I love Ryan’s Stoic view on the world.
What I’m listening to:
I am on a bit of a Tim Ferris binge at the moment. Here’s his interview with leading performance psychologist, Dr Michael Gervais: Fear{less}. Everyone should know Michael. He is down to Earth and he can help you access your inner genius.
3X Actionable Insights on Biz, Health & Life:
1) Biz: Using ChatGPT to Write Successful Sales Emails
I want to introduce you to a process that anyone can use in their business to improve your emails that you are sending out. And best part is you get to create better performing emails that have the potential of converting more qualified prospects into clients. Why? Well, not every start-up or entrepreneur can afford to hire a copywriter or pay the service of some professional to help you and better copy creates better clients.
Use the following prompt in ChatGPT-4 to help you write your next sales email:
“You are an expert copywriter, write a sales email for [product or service] which is the perfect solution for [pain point] that our target audience is facing. It offers [benefit 1], [benefit 2] , and [benefit 3] that makes it a must-have for [target audience X] and add a CTA to influence people to buy.”

2) Health: The 20 second Eye Strain Prevention
Something I often find is that my eyes dry up and hurt after a long day on screens. Yes, the perfect solution is to get off screens but we can silently agree that that’s not a realistic reality.
Try this throughout your day:
1) Set a timer for every 20 minutes.
2) When the alarm goes off, look up and stare at something in the distance for 20 seconds (prioritize something natural with natural light).
3) Repeat throughout the day.
4) Bonus: Take a Vitamin A supplement.
3) Personal Growth: Schedule Your Fun
Make me a promise. You will do this even though it seems so simple.
Why do we build what we build? Why do we do everything that we do? Most of us are on a mission to create a life of fulfillment and enjoyment and the biggest activity that ushers that in and even boosts our creativity is HAVING FUN.
Now, we cannot rely on the desire of having fun to actually translate into the activity of having fun. So this is what you have to do:
Add “Fun Activity” into your calendar at least once per week. Daily is even better.
Stop right now and go do it. Please don’t say you will do it later. We know that never works.
Wait… did you add your fun activity into the calendar? If not, you cannot go on reading yet.
Something interesting I learnt:
"When life changes, you will probably miss the way it was. You may miss those long morning drives or walks to the office, or those hectic family gatherings. You may miss them because those moments are finite — you will only travel those streets and see those people a certain amount of times.
Every time you do something that is one less time you do it. One day you will do something the final time and you will rarely know when that day comes.
For all you know, today might be the last time you walk in a particular neighborhood. Or it might be the last time you smile at a particular someone. To think otherwise, would be foolish. Nothing is guaranteed, except this moment. Your only real choice is to cherish every exchange like it is your last — because it very well might be.
Therefore, the best way to cherish life is to remind yourself of life's impermanence. It is to remember that every time you see someone that is one less time you see them. It is to remember that every time you go somewhere that is one less time you visit. By doing this, you naturally slow down. Almost like a reflex, you start to truly live.”
App or program I’m loving to boost productivity:
The most simple and effective triple app system I use for everything from wedding plans to business building:
Add all thoughts and tasks throughout the day by asking Siri to add to the Reminders app. (“Siri, remind me to add Ego is The Enemy to the newsletter”)
Then at the end of the day, transfer each reminder to the relevant folder in Apple Notes (Tap “Add Folder” bottom left) or add the task to your Calendar.
All of this should be synced between your devices (iPhone, iPad and Mac). If you use Android and PC then use a similar system but with relevant Android apps.
