A Blueprint to Reinvent Your Life in 3 months
Hey friends, I get so many people ask me how they can do what I do.
My question is always, what do you refer to exactly. They pause, they think and then their answer is some version of earning 6 figures + in USD and having the freedom to be able to travel the world while growing personally and professionally.
This always pumps me up. Why? Well, over 9 years ago I left the corporate rat race to pursue my life of unlimited income, optimized health and adventuring around the world. I now do all of this with the love of my life. Truly life cannot get better. So, I am going to share a fleshed out answer that I always give people.
Tip: It’s not about the flash and the glam or what’s trending on social media. It’s the timeless fundamentals that have worked since the beginning of time.
Throw in tech and things get confusing quickly, so let’s dive in. 👇🏼
Navigating the digital age can be overwhelming, but with the right steps, you can carve a path that's uniquely yours.
The reinvent your life Blueprint:
1. Embrace life's ups and downs
Life is a mix of clarity and uncertainty. Instead of resisting, embrace it.
Action: Set aside 10 minutes daily for reflection. Jot down moments of clarity and confusion. Over time, you'll see patterns and can strategize accordingly.
2. Harness the power of ‘alone time’
Your thoughts when alone and in a quiet environment are super powerful. Use them to your advantage.
Action: Dedicate 15 minutes daily to sit in silence. Observe your thoughts without judgment. This practice will enhance mindfulness and clarity.
3. Define Your Identity
Don't let society dictate who you are. Most people do and this is why so many people are confused with which direction to pick.
Action: Write down five values that resonate with you. Ensure your daily actions and goals align with these values.
4. Seek Clarity Over Motivation
While motivation can wane, clarity will guide you consistently. A lot of people watch Tony Robbins videos and get pumped, yet a week later they are still complaining about the their life.
Action: List down three long-term goals. Break each into monthly, weekly, and daily tasks. Focus on these tasks, and you'll inch closer to your goals every day. Do not stop until they are complete.
5. Live in the Present
There's joy in the present moment. Find it. Stop looking into the future for joy and happiness. It is always right in front of you if you choose to remove the comparison mindset.
Action: Choose one routine activity (like walking or having tea with a friend). Each time you do it, focus entirely on the experience, savoring every detail.
6. Dive Deep into Interests
Surface-level knowledge is fleeting. Dive deeper into your interests and passions as if you were doing a thesis on it.
Action: Pick a passion. Dedicate 30 minutes daily to learn more about it. Whether it's reading, watching documentaries, or hands-on practice, immerse yourself. **I sometimes spend hours.
7. Prioritize Learning
Continuous growth is key. It is the only way of growing personally and professionally. The key is to action whatever you learn straight away.
Action: Identify a skill relevant to your goals. Enroll in an online course or find resources to master it over the next three months. If you don’t know of any, message me.
8. Value Enjoyment Over Pleasure
Long-term fulfillment trumps short-term highs.
Action: At the end of each week, reflect on moments of genuine enjoyment. Prioritize similar experiences in the coming weeks. If you did not have any then you should take even more time to plan next week and make sure you add a fun activity to your calendar.
* The best businesses and the most fulfilled people are all totally immersed in creativity and use that as their growth tool. AND creativity comes when we are in our zone of fun and play. Take things too seriously and then you become a robot.
In conclusion, reinvention isn't about drastic changes but consistent, actionable steps towards understanding and bettering oneself. Start with these steps, and you'll be on a path that resonates with your true self.
And just remember the key to all of this is ACTION.
To your growth,
