70% are overweight according to CDC - here's why...

Is this the main cause of disease in 2023: And why 70% are now scientifically overweight 🤯

(Percentages are for North Americans as research is more concentrated and funded in that area. But this will be similar worldwide)

Let’s start off with this diagram for perspective. Only 10 companies worldwide own more than 90% of the food supply in your supermarket. Most of these “food” companies are also pharmaceutical companies that profit a lot more on your sickness. Would the board of these companies want you to buy a product from one company (food industry) to make you so healthy that their other company (medical industry) loses out on a customer (profit)? It’s not personal, it’s only business.

THE DECLINE:

> 1800's - 50% of N.Americans were farming.

> Mid 1900's - 45% N.Americans grew their food in their own gardens.

> 2020 to 2023 - N.Americans grow 0.1% of their food in their gardens.

CURRENT STATE OF HUMAN HEALTH:

> 60% eat a diet consisting of ultra processed foods.

> 70% of adults are overweight.

> 40% of adults are obese.

This is in direct correlation to humans outsourcing their food supply from their own gardens to those of big food corporations.

FACTS ABOUT YOUR SUPERMARKET IN 2023:

> 75% of processed foods on supermarket shelves contain genetically engineered ingredients.

> Only 25% of food in a supermarket is real food aka fresh produce or proteins. The other 75% are boxed recipe formulas designed by big food companies to tease and addict your tastebuds.

So, this is a reminder that outsourcing your health and nourishment to big food corporates is dangerous as they are not in the business of amplifying your health. They are not even in the business of farming as they do everything to optimize their supply including killing the soil. FYI, soil is the lifeblood of nutrients in your food.

Use your commonsense and choose to grow what you can or support local organic farmers.

The least you can do is buy organic produce.
